The Bear Over the City by David Habben
If, as I do, you tend to like art with an illustrative bent and that's character-driven, you can find some really excellent pieces here. And the prices are right with most of the prints around 20 bucks US!
Nosferatu by Alberto Cerriteno
I'd pay more for signed and numbered editions (many are described as limited, but I can't find just how limited they are), but if you're less concerned with collecting and more concerned with visually enhancing your own and the lives of others, these really are tough to beat.
I myself am particularly drawn to pieces by David Habben and Alberto Cerriteno, and our friend from yesterday's post, Andy Council, has a great, inexpensive but sizeable repro of his Rail Rooster available.
Great deals on great work.

* Be advised that these are all described simply as Giclee' Prints, a term that's much bandied about with the advent of inexpensive but high-quality printing from home. The use of this term should at the very least imply that the images are made using archival inks which will resist fading over the course of you and your children's lives, but it's never a bad idea to ask for specifics.
